At Gamescom today featuring 345,000 gamers strong at the world’s largest gaming show, NVIDIA, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Monolith Productions today announced they are collaborating on the PC version of the Middle-earth: Shadow of War video game. Here’s a brand new 4K/60 FPS video.

The PC version of Middle-earth: Shadow of War will feature NVIDIA capture tool Ansel and other advanced PC features such as high dynamic range (HDR) lighting, which creates a wider range of color and brightness, making the game more lifelike and immersive.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War is an open-world action RPG that continues the original narrative of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor that was one of our favorite games of 2015. Players will be engrossed in a larger world full of epic heroes and villains, and a new cast of characters with new stories, featuring the Nemesis System.

NVIDIA’s collaboration with Monolith helps bring the PC platform’s advanced gaming features to Middle-earth: Shadow of War. As the game’s launch approaches, NVIDIA and Monolith will work together on NVIDIA SLI, Game Ready Drivers, NVIDIA G-SYNC display technology, and optimized playable settings and GeForce Experience.
